Energy is a commodity, but service is not. Synergeze is a turn-key solution to everything business needs when it comes to energy, whether it's reducing energy consumption, procuring energy products, or ensuring you are getting the best value with your current energy plan.
Synergeze utilises state of the art energy portal with a flexible and personal approach. We believe that it is our market expertise and energy consultants that make our service stand out from our crowd. We don't promise perfection, but we do promise our dedication to doing everything possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Every Company has a unique set of needs, Synergeze will provide an OPPORTUNITY REVIEW in which we identify your current supply scenario. Your company & its facilities, and discover the challenges you face on a daily basis as well as your budget and its constraints.
Synergeze will request your historical usage data from your supplier. We want to understand the energy profile of your business facilities. This gives us the ability to know what your load factor is and how it affects the bottom line.
Your energy consultant will analyse this data extensively to determine which product best fits the needs of your business.
After evaluation of the data and determination of which product would work best for our predetermined budget and load constraints, Synergeze will approach the suppliers that will meet the specified criteria on your behalf.
Once all offers have been received from the suppliers, Synergeze will review the pricing options and choose top 3 suppliers that match your business needs. Your energy consultant will generate a cost and savings analysis that will reflect the current cost and projected savings from the top 3 suppliers.
Synergeze sends business opportunities to our partner suppliers on a daily basis. This creates leverage that can be used to negotiate favourable contract terms for our customers. On top of that, the competition amongst different suppliers ensures the customer receives the most competitive electricity rates available. Even if your company faces budget or credit restraints, we can help you find a solution.
You will make the final decision, once you are comfortable with the supplier, product, price and term a contract will be drafted and sent to you for signature. Due to the volatility of the energy market that price and contract will be good for that day only. If for some unexpected turn of events the contract was not executed that day a price refresh will be generated the following day and presented to you with the new contract.
Once you execute the contract Synergeze will submit it to the supplier so that it can be booked.
We can not stress the importance of the last step of the process, due to the market volatility every minute counts, from the point the contract is drafted, to the second it is accepted by the supplier.
Just like in the financial market place, electricity is driven by basic supply and demand principles. However, because electricity can't be easily stored, the market can't even out fluctuations by drawing down reserves, resulting in more frequent and dramatic price changes.
The factors affecting the electricity market can be overwhelming. However, shifting conditions are also sources of opportunity for electricity shoppers. The cornerstones to developing a successful energy strategy are understanding the energy options available and your selection of a reliable energy consultant who can offer you good advice.
Electricity generally follows a seasonal cycle, demand for electricity and ensuing prices rise during peak heating (winter) and cooling (summer) seasons and drop during transitional seasons (spring and autumn). The market is affected by a broad variety of factors. Changes in one of the following can intensify volatility and lead to dramatic price changes.
Because source fuels like coal, natural gas, and petroleum account for 71.5% of electricity generated in the U.S. as well as heating and cooling, dramatic movement in source fuels also impacts the electricity market.
Weather is one of the most influential variables on the market place because it directly affects energy consumption (demand). Extreme weather such as hurricanes, floods, and blizzards also create periods of extreme price volatility, especially if they interrupt natural gas production facilities that provide source fuel for electricity generation (limiting supply) or damage electricity transmission and distribution infrastructure (reducing supply and limiting the flow of electricity).
Political unrest, war, hostage crisis or other events in regions that export natural resources can affect the energy market. The events typically impact the market immediately, which can affect short-term prices. Prolonged unrest will produce prolonged uncertainty, which can lead to wholesale market increases over the long-term.
